Blew my diff last night. Don't know how to rebuild one but also can't find one to match my gearing. Anyone have 1 for sale ??? :(

Yea i found a few on craigslist but most are a 3.73 ratio, and the ones with 3.07 didnt leave a number so im waitin on email replies

I know i see overhaul kits for 150-200 but its my daily driver so I dont know how much someone would charge to rebuild one. Thats why i figured a whole rear end would get me on the road quicker and i could eventually beef up the old one.

if you take it to a drive line shop depending on what broke your prob looking around 1k with parts

Might be better/cheaper (than having your gears re-done) to find a 8.8 with 4.10s and then find a D30 out of a 4banger/5speed YJ and swap the axles. The D30 out of the YJ will have 4.10s

EDIT: Disregard I suppose as you have a TJ, the D30 from the YJ wont be a direct swap due to the vacuum disconnect, and I think the pinions are different in high-low and rotation

call this guy , admire... he has d35 rear siting in his yard .. with axles tell him dan said to call . he was at the M/G. i bought 2 front axles from him last night cheap to .. 1917 643 6643
