Tire question?
« Reply #-1 on: January 25, 2014, 03:21:41 AM »

Wondering wether or not to get my 33x12.5 for my 17" rim or get the 33x.12.5 for a 15" rim. tires for the 15" are significantly cheaper.

Any difference as far as performance? Maintenance? reliability? or is it strictly a visual thing... searched the forums a bit and i dont think ive ever seen anyone mention a difference besides the look.
thanks

Yes it is cheaper. But it's also better for off roading  I got 15s  with 35 inch tires

Youll have more sidewall, which imo, is good. You can air down more and still have plenty of flex for the tire to wrap around obsticles. Or sidewall is good to protect wheels, and help grab when in a muddy rut.

There are a couple of them out there that fit. I have level 8 wheels and I think there like 3 1/2 offset I'm not shure
